Skye Sailing Club are Affiliated to the RYA and are a fully recognised Training Centre.
This means that Members and visitors to the Club know we keep to RYA national standards and our instuctors are also well trained.
In 2016 Skye Sailing Club were awarded RYA Scotland Club of the Year and early in 2017 were Commended RYA UK Club of the Year 2017. All this was achieved despite being much smaller than many UK clubs with larger memberships and facilities.
The Club enjoy close links with the RYA and as a result have become an RYA Joining Point – a place where our boating community can take up the many benefits of being an RYA Member with each new subscription pushing something back to Skye Sailing Club as a 'thank you' – so you win and so do we!
