Every year or two we run instructor training for dinghy sailors. This is suitable for those who have completed RYA level 4 and want to share their skills and experience with new sailors. At Skye Sailing Club it has traditionally been a rite of passage for our most experienced young sailors who go on to form the back bone of our instructor team for the summer sailing school.
Courses are delivered through external RYA instructors and often delivered in conjunction with other Highland clubs.
We need a minimum of 5 to run a course so if no instructor course is advertised on our website please contact us.
